Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of large-scale projects within our Data Centre division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project coordinator to leverage their expertise in mechanical project management and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate and manage all mechanical aspects of projects, including technical submittals, labour trackers, and progress reports.
  • Provide support to project managers during project start-up meetings and general site meetings.
  • Ensure effective communication with main contractors, clients, and site teams.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the development of construction and commissioning programs.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role or as a senior project coordinator.
  • Successful track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Possession of a relevant qualification in Construction or Project Management.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
