Position Summary

This position is within a laboratory focusing on international standards testing of packaging and products using mechanical and non-wet lab procedures. We operate in a non-clean room environment but adhere to strict laboratory rules and regulations.

Prepare all lab jobs to proceed to testing.

Perform testing to complete them according to schedule.

Process jobs following current procedures from receiving to reporting.

Duties

- Process incoming jobs and/or products as per schedule.
- Promptly report non-conforming jobs and/or products.
- Ensure all documentation is complete before testing a job.
- Perform tests within designated departments.
- Monitor test outputs, including chambers.
- Compile, review, update, and improve reports.
- Adhere to all aspects of GDP.
- Assist with laboratory investigations.
- Coordinate daily work activities within the lab.
- Track and report deliverables.
- Assist with Continuous Improvement projects as needed.
- Report testing discrepancies to Customer Services.
- Comply with internal Quality procedures and SOPs.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately and follow H&S protocols.
- Perform any additional duties as requested by your Lead or Manager.

Education Degree

Required Experience

- College diploma or a minimum of 6 months experience.
- 2 years relevant experience in a laboratory/GMP environment.
- Excellent social interaction skills with Customers.
- Strong attention to detail.
