Every child is different and so is the support and guidance they receive to help them navigate their journey to independence and adulthood. As a Social Care Unit Manager you will oversee the successful operations of one of our client's residential homes. Reporting to the regional manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home is a safe and comfortable environment for young people, nurturing growth and positive development whilst meeting company standards and national regulations.
