Care for Young People is at the heart of this role. Our partner organisation works with young people to provide high-quality care, protecting and supporting them to build resilience and recover from early life trauma. This allows the young people to reach their full potential and have a chance at a brighter future.

The Deputy Social Care Manager plays a key part in ensuring that the care given meets company policies and procedures and national regulations. They are responsible for supporting the Manager in creating an environment that is homely, clean, safe and appropriate for the young people's ages and stages of development.

To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

· A Bachelor or Master's degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies in Social Care, Social Work, Social Care Management or related field.

· Full, clean manual driver's license valid in Ireland.

· Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.

· Eligibility to work in Ireland.

· Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.

This role requires a motivated Social Care Professional who can contribute to providing an atmosphere that protects, supports and provides a safe place for these young people.
