Social Care Leader

About the Role:

The Social Care Manager plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting, and secure environment for young people in residential care. Their primary goal is to provide exceptional care and support services, ensuring the well-being and development of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality services and create a culture of excellence within the organization.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements, promoting compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working within young person residential services.
  • Holding a Level 7 qualification (degree) in Social Care or a relevant field, along with a relevant management qualification, or a Level 8 qualification in Social Care.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
