Role and Team We’re looking for someone to join our HR and Talent team. In this role you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, with a need to hire across multiple disciplines both commercial and technical. As a core member of our small People team, you will also act as a key partner for our employees, supporting the HR lifecycle and championing our Team First ethos. Whilst this role will initially be focused on hiring and talent, there is a need to work across the people function and great scope for development and growth.
Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (approx 70%):
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for all roles from crafting compelling job specs with hiring managers to offer management, with a primary focus initially on commercial (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) positions.
Direct Sourcing: Proactively hunt for top talent using LinkedIn and other creative sourcing channels, building strong pipelines - minimising agency use
Drive Hiring Velocity (The Rocket ): Manage a busy pipeline of roles, ensuring a fast, efficient, and high-quality process for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Champion Candidate Experience: Act as a true brand ambassador for Nutritics, ensuring every single candidate receives a respectful, timely, and positive experience, regardless of the outcome (living our Integrity and No Ego values).
Partner with Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, acting as their expert advisor on market trends, interview best practices, and hiring decisions (demonstrating Open Communication).
Employer Branding: Work with our marketing team to find new ways to showcase our culture and why Nutritics to the market.
People Operations & Partnering (approx 30%):
Lead Onboarding: Evolve our onboarding journey, ensuring every new hire feels part of the Team First culture from the moment they sign their contract through to their successful probation review.
First Point of Contact: Act as a go-to People Specialist for our teams in Ireland and the UK, providing pragmatic advice and support on policies, benefits, and wellbeing queries.
HR Administration: Support our HR Operations Specialist with core HR admin, including contract generation, managing our HRIS (HRDuo), and processing payroll changes.
Employee Relations: Provide note-taking and guidance in formal meetings (e.g., disciplinaries, grievances) and support managers in handling day-to-day performance or conduct issues.
Support People Cycles: Assist in the delivery of core People programs, such as our performance and development reviews, engagement surveys, and compensation cycles.
Culture Champion: Act as a custodian of our values, supporting initiatives that drive employee engagement, recognition, and Open Communication across our hybrid workforce.

Third level degree is required
Fluent spoken and written English is required
Previous experience in Foodservice and/or nutrition is an advantage but not essential

Location and Hours of Work Our weekly hours of work are 37.5 covering Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role and we offer a lot of flexibility around core hours. Teams based in Ireland and the UK are required to work from the local office one day every two weeks.
This role can be based in either Ireland or the UK - Dublin or in the London area
