AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE AMD is seeking a Talent Acquisition manager to lead the recruitment function for AMD in EMEA. He/she will be a strategic business partner responsible for developing, leading, and implementing hiring initiatives to meet overall recruitment goals and targets in partnership with other Regional Leads. This role will lead the team that provides value-added services to customers with a focus on consultation, planning, execution, and continuous improvement. THE PERSON: This is a unique opportunity for a passionate talent acquisition leader who has demonstrated strong execution and end to end ownership in the technology industry fast paced environment. This individual should be experienced in building a strong recruiting team across multiple locations. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate initiative, results-orientation, with a constant focus on service delivery is critical. This exciting opportunity is a hands-on role, which requires significant project management and execution skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with senior leaders to understand business strategy challenges and focus recruiting efforts to align with and/or develop the workforce plan. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels within the organization to create a partnership that yields success and credibility. Build upon and increase AMDs employment brand ensuring an ability to attract the highest quality talent Lead and manage executive level recruiting. Partner with internal Centers of Excellence (COEs) to manage all supporting process (Immigration, Global Trade, On-boarding and Background Investigation etc.) Proactively review and refine processes to increase recruiter/hiring manager efficiencies, foster consistency, support a highly positive candidate experience, and ensure regional compliance requirements. Be a champion and stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends both within the technology industry as well as throughout other progressive companies. Lead various talent team projects related to recruiting, hiring and onboarding Manage and leverage recruiting technology to enhance business results, provide scalability, timely information, and ensure consistency.
