We offer a collaborative environment, a company full of amazing people, and plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.**How you'll make an impact*** Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.* Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.* Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.* Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.* Attract diverse talent through various channels.* Actively developing and maintaining external talent pipelines.* Perform pre-screening activities to assess candidate suitability.* Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.**Your background*** Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.* Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in-house.* Excellent communication skills in English and German is required.* Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.* Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.* Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).* An expert with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.* Good judgment skills based on behavioral interviewing techniques.* Strong interpersonal and networking skills.* The right to live and work in the UK or Ireland without restriction.Our employee benefit programs are tailored to each country, depending on location of employment and job grade.More information will also be available during the recruitment process.## Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
