We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our unannounced project team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis—working 3 days a week from the hub, remote from Dublin, the UK, or Portugal.
What You Will Do
Validate foundational systems that power the player experience.
Ensure high-quality standards across gameplay, UI, and technical systems.
Play a key role in gameplay & systems testing, technical & pipeline validation, UI/UX & presentation quality, player flow & accessibility, regression & compatibility testing, bug tracking & reporting, test planning & documentation, cross‑functional collaboration, and quality advocacy.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of QA experience within the video game industry, ideally on cross‑platform or MMO projects.
Proven expertise in testing complex gameplay systems, user interfaces, and technical frameworks.
Familiarity with Unity and experience validating large‑scale systems following engine upgrades or refactors.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in JIRA or similar bug tracking tools.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self‑directed approach to collaboration.
Experience with UI/UX testing across multiple device form factors (mobile, tablet, PC).
