We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Nutritionist, a role to provide expert nutrition and healthy eating support, advice and information service to Sysco internal and external stakeholders. Key Accountabilities: Provide advice and information to our category and product development teams to meet the nutrition needs of our customers and ensure products meet the requirements of technical policies and product ranges. Provide nutrition expertise to customers and support the new business process Provide nutrition training for new hires and all members of staff Attend and speak at sales events and customer meetings when required Manage recipe management systems and ensure the systems are maintained and updated to meet the needs of the business and our customers. This will include systems available for customer use, for internal use and dissemination of recipe information through all media. Work with Marketing teams to underpin all programmes with sound nutrition policies and ensure all publications meet legal requirements Ensure that current business product data information management systems have the relevant nutritional & health information required to meet legal obligations and customer expectations Maintain links with government bodies and NGOs, attending events as required Act as a Company spokesperson on all nutrition issues and ensure satisfaction with Nutrition information services provided to internal and external customers Advise the Company on appropriate policies related to nutrition and diet Maintain awareness of current legislation, emerging nutrition trends and issues through regular review of relevant developments and communicate these to the business Identify and implement service and / or process improvements Requirements: Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics or a comparable certification RNutr Registered nutritionist, or dietician Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate nutrition messages / training through popular social media planforms Excellent Microsoft Office skills with intermediate-advanced level Excel & PowerPoint as a minimum requirement A passion to positively influence on the subject of healthy eating Strong planning and organization skills Excellent attention to detail A proactive tenacious approach to problem solving and issue resolution The role may involve travel, so a degree of flexibility is required Full clean B driving license Sysco Ireland Culture Customer Focus: We deeply understand our customers' needs, continuously looking at ways to deliver real value.
