Mortgage Administrator 

Our client, a leading bank based in South Dublin, are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mortgage Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers through every stage of the mortgage journey — from application to drawdown — ensuring an efficient, compliant, and customer-focused process.
You will work closely with mortgage advisors, underwriters, and branch colleagues to deliver excellent service and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.

For You:



Salary of €35,000 - €40,000


Fully onsite working


South Dublin location 


Supportive, collaborative work environment within a respected bank




Key Responsibilities:



Process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion.


Verify and review documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.


Liaise with customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress of applications.


Maintain detailed records and update internal systems in line with data protection and audit standards.


Support mortgage advisors and underwriters with administrative and operational tasks.


Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.




Key Requirements: 



Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage administration, banking operations, or financial services.


Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.


Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.


Knowledge of mortgage regulations, Central Bank guidelines, and AML / KYC requirements preferred.


Proficient in MS Office and banking CRM / workflow systems.


Team-oriented with a proactive and customer-first mindset.
