Sanderson are partnering with a Public Sector body to recruit for a Student Fees Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The Student Fees Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the campus budget, processes, and team, providing professional and commercial support in a primary leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of student fees, including fee changes, collection, refunds, debt provision, and bad debt management. Oversee delivery of goods and services in a business environment. Process general ledger transactions and post to control accounts. Implement and manage systems for student fees, revenue billing, and accommodation fees. Ensure timely issuance and collection of invoices and payments. Support accurate fee generation and collection processes. Collaborate with finance staff across multiple sites to maintain accurate revenue billing information. Provide advice and support for fee-related projects and regulatory changes. Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, ensuring GDPR compliance. Document processes for training and reference purposes. Participate in system maintenance, upgrades, and development projects. Qualifications and Experience: Recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and experience in HEI or public sector finance roles. Primary degree or equivalent (NFQ Level 7) plus 3 years' experience in a finance-related role. Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel. Experience with a wide range of finance processes across an organization. Strong analytical skills and experience in system enhancements and developments.
