Co-ordinator of International Receipts and Records

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Admissions Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our international admissions processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Generate and issue international fee receipts for payments made through Pay to Study and bank accounts.
- Liaise with the International Office for scholarships issued and apply to fee receipts.
- Update student records with fee payments and regularly report international recruitment payments and students.
- Assist in the administration of domestic and international college applications.
- A third-level qualification would be preferable.
- At least two years' experience within an administrative role.
- Good analytical ability and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organisation skills and a flexible approach to work.
