We are working with a large PLC who is looking to hire a strong FP&A manager to join their growing Finance team. The FP&A Manager will report to the Head of FP&A and will work closely with senior leadership within the Group.
The FP&A Manager will drive strategic financial planning and analysis, collaborating with business leads to deliver key insights and performance metrics. This role offers strong board visibility, international exposure, and the chance to contribute to the organisation’s evolving planning framework.
The role will include: Build and develop detailed financial models to evaluate new business opportunities
Provide financial and commercial decision-making support across the business as and when required.
Support process of identifying opportunities to deliver both revenue enhancement and cost efficiencies while driving the development of a superior operating capability and sustainable competitive advantage in markets
Support the annual budgeting process including preparing detailed annual budgets and rolling reforecast models whilst interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
You will have: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with a minimum of +3 years PQE experience in an FP&A or a finance business partnering role.
Excellent financial modelling skills, with ability to manage very detailed data.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision making leaders.
