We’re VOID Interactive, the kick‑ass team behind the best‑selling FPS game, Ready or Not. We’re made up of seriously talented individuals who love games and creating awesome content together. We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Manager to join us remotely and help us elevate Ready or Not to new heights. Our goal is clear: to establish Ready or Not as the quintessential FPS of our time.

As our Community Manager, you will be the face of our gaming community. You will foster engagement, build relationships, and ensure our players have an unparalleled gaming experience. You will play a vital role in shaping our community’s culture and advocating for the player perspective.

Responsibilities

- Engaging with players through forums, social media, Discord, and other platforms to build a strong and positive community.

- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, where community guidelines are enforced and concerns are addressed.

- Communicating player feedback and community sentiments to internal teams for continuous improvement.

- Planning and executing events to enhance player engagement and strengthen the gaming community.

- Developing and sharing community‑centric content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.

- Staying informed about gaming trends and community management best practices to continuously improve our community initiatives.

Of course, you won’t be alone on this mission; you’ll be collaborating with the entire team and outside vendors to ensure we’re maximizing our efforts and achieving our goals.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in community management for gaming communities (FPS preferred).

- Proven track record in building and managing engaged gaming communities.

- Experience planning and executing online, in‑game, or in‑person events.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player communities.

- Experience with Discord, forums, major social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging community content.

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus points if you have:

- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Suite).

- Experience working cross‑functionally with developers, marketing, and support teams.

- Strong understanding of gaming culture, trends and player behaviour.

Please note:

For Irish residents, this role is offered as a full‑time employee position. For applicants based outside of Ireland, the role will be offered on a contractor basis. We are a remote‑first company and are committed to hiring the best candidate for the role, regardless of where you are located. If you are outside our company’s home base, that’s okay with us.
