ALOFT HOTEL - W XYZ Cocktail & Rooftop Bar The Aloft Dublin City is currently looking for an experienced-full time Bar Supervisor for our 'WXYZ Cocktail Bar' located on the 7th floor of Aloft hotel, boasting panoramic views of Dublin city. The Bar Supervisor is, dedicated to provide the very best of the vibrant vibe of WXYZ Cocktail bar and feel in every guest interaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision and Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the WXYZ Cocktail bar, including coordinating and directing the front-of-house staff. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Customer Service: Ensure an outstanding and memorable guest experience by maintaining high standards of service. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Staff Training: Train and mentor front-of-house staff, ensuring they are well-versed in menu offerings, service standards, and guest interactions. Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service to uphold the reputation of the WXYZ Cocktail Bar. Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to maintain effective communication and a cohesive working environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry Experience as a Bartender is highly desirable. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings & weekends.
