Job Title: Nighttime Bar Supervisor

Person Specifications:

  • Minimum one year of bartending experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally in a fast-paced nighttime environment.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and late finishes.
