Job Opportunity

We are gearing up to launch our first hospitality venture in Ireland, specifically in the vibrant city of Dublin. This coastal city boasts a rich history, extensive green spaces, and a lively atmosphere fueled by music, art, and top-notch social dining and entertainment options.

The establishment will feature 129 rooms of varying sizes, an inviting lobby bar, a historic bar, a spacious ground-floor restaurant, and a lobby restaurant. Additionally, it will boast a nightclub, marking a new chapter for us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior management during nighttime hours, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, and strive to find solutions with the team's support.
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to requests, and address any issues that may arise, involving colleagues as needed.
  • Promote the integrity of public areas and back-of-house spaces, rectifying any deficiencies promptly.
  • Accurately conduct night audit procedures, reporting discrepancies and ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Guarantee guest safety throughout the overnight period.
  • Handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate billing without any surprises.
  • Support the Night Manager with end-of-day procedures.
Essential Qualifications
  • Candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and thrive in collaborative environments.
  • Experience in similar roles, demonstrating expertise in front office operations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Opera or comparable front desk operating systems and understanding of GDS would be highly beneficial.
