Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service at the trade counter, maintaining high standards of professionalism. Assist customers with product selection by detailing benefits and technical features. Handle cash transactions and operate the in-house stock system efficiently. Collaborate with management to ensure the shop is clean, safe, and well-merchandised. Maintain effective communication with suppliers regarding product sourcing and delivery timelines. Support internal and external sales teams in achieving sales targets. Criteria Previous experience delivering face-to-face customer service within a retail or sales environment is essential. Knowledge of plumbing and heating products is preferred, but a willingness to learn will also be considered. Strong teamwork and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient IT skills with good computer literacy. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
