Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Waiting Staff Member to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in both restaurant and bar service. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service in our dining and bar areas, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage guest requests efficiently. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Club policies. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Set up and break down for events, functions, and daily service. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the Clubs reputation for excellence. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a hospitality or Club environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including bar operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required. Professional appearance and demeanour.
