Job Title: Senior Kitchen Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in fine dining restaurants, with a strong focus on providing outstanding service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

  • Maintain impeccable personal presentation and hygiene throughout shift.
  • Set an example for new employees and assist in their training as necessary.
  • Provide a superb product to guests, exceeding their expectations at every turn.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all menu items to provide maximum enjoyment to guests.
  • Lead by example, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the kitchen at all times.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen and interact productively with other departments, bringing a positive attitude to teamwork.

Reporting to the Head Chef, Sous Chef or F&B Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Arriving on time and dressed in correct uniform.
  • Supervising all kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Efficient and polite communication between all sections and restaurant departments.
  • Maintaining the highest standards and adhering to the spec to ensure quality, appearance, and portion size are maintained.
  • Ensuring that customers are only served dishes that meet our highest standards in terms of quality and presentation.
  • Following cleaning routines and exercising diligence during the shift and during set-up and clean-down procedures.
  • Observing the company's fire safety plan and health and safety policies.
  • FOLLOWING THE COMPANY'S PROCEDURES AND RULES.
  • Performing any other reasonable duties requested by the manager.
