Mater Private Network is seeking a permanent full-time Day Hospital Administrator to join our team across our Cherrywood Day Hospital. If you're an organized, empathetic individual with strong IT and administrative skills, and a passion for patient care, we want to hear from you What you'll do: Manage patient registration and appointments. Liaise with clinical teams and handle patient queries. Perform general administrative duties, including electronic record management. Ensure smooth clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures. What you'll bring: Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Excellent IT skills (MS Office proficient) and adaptability to new systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-tasking team.
