Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Cavan to supporting young people in a residential service.

We require residential Social Care Managers to provide high quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Level 8 Degree in Social Care and 4 years’ experience of working in a Social Care grade with children

OR

· Level 7 in Social Care and a relevant level 8 management qualification suitable for a health care or social care setting

· Four years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health and social care and an appropriate qualification in health or social care management at an appropriate level.

· Experience working with people who have complex needs.

· Full Driver’s license
