We are currently recruiting for temporary Grade III Clerical Officerin Castlebar, The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support in a busy public sector service. Full time role- 35hrs per week (9-5 Mon- Fri) Temporary 3 month initial contract PayScale is in line with Public Sector- €16.87- €26.25per hr depending on previous relevant public sector experience Key Responsibilities: - Minute taking during meetings and accurately recording the discussions and decisions made. - Scheduling and organising meetings, including coordinating dates, booking venues, and preparing necessary documentation. - Providing general administrative support as needed. - Maintaining and updating files and records. - Cross checking and verifying information. - Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders. - Must be able to pick up systems quick and good IT knowledge.
