Fleet Account Manager (Fixed Term - 12 Months)
Location: West Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days office based)
Contract: Fixed Term, Full Time

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Account Manager to join a leading financial services provider in the motor industry. This role is key to supporting the retention, growth, and profitability of the company's fleet business, focusing on building strong, long-term client relationships.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in account management and vehicle leasing, who thrives on achieving targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing fleet customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Maximise customer retention through proactive advice and effective contract renewals.

- Meet and exceed sales, renewal, and performance targets.

- Communicate product and service benefits effectively to clients.

- Negotiate and finalise deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and contracts.

- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in vehicle leasing and/or account management.

- Strong knowledge of the Irish fleet market, including key players, trends, and regulations.

- Full, clean driving licence.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- APA Loans & Regulations qualification (or willingness to achieve this upon appointment).
