About the Role We’re seeking a motivated Administration Clerk to join our Service Administration team on a Part-time Basis (Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 0.6 FTE). In this role, you’ll play a key part in providing essential administrative support to the department.

What You’ll Do Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department
Accurately process invoices, correspondence, and reports for management
Maintain customer accounts and records in company systems
Prepare professional spreadsheets, documents, and reports as required
Monitor technician times and repair orders in the Dealer Management System
Ensure files are maintained in line with company policy and recommend process improvements
