The Finance Division is responsible for all financial and management reporting processes across Bank of Ireland Group. This three-year programme, structured around three rotations, is designed to equip graduates with the critical skills needed to accelerate their professional development and career growth. Programme overview As a graduate, you'll develop strong management, interpersonal, and technical skills while working on business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll be encouraged to seek new experiences, collaborate across teams, and contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives that support our Group strategy. The opportunity Involvement in internal management reporting and external financial reporting, including interim and annual statutory accounts, pre-close statements, published accounts, and investor briefings. Development of expertise in management information (MI), data analytics, and deep product knowledge in areas such as treasury and financial instruments, risk management, balance sheet strategy, and capital requirements. Opportunities to work with colleagues across various levels and divisions, helping you build a strong professional network. Regular engagement with senior leadership, including the CEO and Executive Committee. Access to our Digital Academy and Mentorship Programme, offering guidance and insight into future career paths. What you'll gain A deep understanding of financial reporting in a large, publicly listed company, with a focus on internal controls and SOX compliance. Significant support in pursing a professional accountancy qualification (a requirement for programme applicants).
