Job description: Overall Product Vision, roadmap and metrics (e.g., Objectives & Key results (OKRs) fulfillment of the applications being delivered Work with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver user-centric products Stay in sync with the Product Owners on priorities and day-to-day decision making Exercise strong decision-making mandate across cross-functional teams as a proxy to the Product Owners Lead the agile practice for the Digital product, including managing scrum masters, business analysts, and systems analyst Build, grow and support Product Owners and Product Analysts through hiring, coaching (Knowledge Transfer), mentoring, and giving feedback Contribute to the overall success and lifecycle of the product during definition, design, user story/requirement creation, documentation, launch, go-to-market activities, management updates and metrics Create and deliver product demos and presentations for stakeholders, including senior leadership. Required profile: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field with at least four years of product management experience, with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a strong plus; OR Masters degree with two years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent Experience successfully creating and executing against product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes Exceptional at working with and analyzing user metrics and turning them into actionable insights A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training or experience. A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills Up to date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in the digital space Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) MBA or Masters degree in strategy, management, or related field is a plus Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus Experience in product design and data & analytics ERP systems knowledge e.g. SAP (S4 HANA, IBP, MDG) What we offer: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,300.00 to $160,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
