Their plan is not to meet expectations but to exceed them. Salary of €35k with OTE of €48k pa plus pension. DUTIES OF THE ROLE Drive Sales: Engage with our existing customers via phone and email to promote our product range and value-added services. Understand & Deliver: Ask the right questions, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions to close deals. Manage Accounts: Take full ownership of your customer base, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and continued growth. Stay Organized: Accurately input orders into SAP, maintain clean and updated CRM records, and report weekly via Outlook to the Sales Manager. Keep Clients in the Loop: Proactively update customers on backorders, estimated arrival dates, and relevant product updates. Smash Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales revenue goalsthen aim higher. Be a Customer Hero: Go the extra mile to ensure every customer feels valued and supported. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a tech-focused environment. A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent computer skills, especially advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge. Strong ability to learn and confidently explain product features and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyou know how to make customers feel heard. Resilience and composure under pressureyou stay cool and professional, even when things dont go to plan.
