Fire Engineer: **Dublin or Portlaoise** Due to their continued growth, my client has an excellent opportunity for a Fire Engineer with 5+ years experience to join their well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy in either the Dublin or Portlaoise office. The successful Fire Engineer will join the fire safety team which consists of experienced and dynamic professionals, dedicated to providing the best fire safety service for their clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Fire Engineer with a passion for fire safety engineering to gain practical experience and contribute to a variety of projects. This company offers a fantastic working environment and an opportunity to grow into a leadership role with the guidance of their MD who is taking the company in new and exciting directions. Current Projects: Multiple New Residential Developments 60-200 units Value: €18M - €55M Data Centre (one of the largest in Europe) Value: €750M Wastewater Treatment Plant faade design Value: €140M Large amount of projects in the fire/damp/poor workmanship remedial design and build range from €200k- €10m across Ireland, the U.K. and Europe Leading experts in Pyrite, Mica Responsibilities: Attending on-site meetings, client meetings and design team meetings. Preparing disability access applications for a range of buildings. On-site fire risk assessments and fire safety audits Fire safety building inspections. Role / Requirements: A bachelors degree (Level 8) in fire engineering. 5+ years relevant experience. A strong interest in fire safety engineering and a desire to develop a career in this field.
