Role Responsibilities Broad HR Expertise: You bring a solid background across key HR areas such as reward, organisational change, performance, talent management, and diversity & inclusion. You're confident leading people initiatives end-to-end.
Strategic HR Partnering: You've partnered with senior leaders across various business units, aligning HR priorities with business goals and adapting your approach based on the needs of each area.
Organisation Design & Effectiveness: You have experience supporting or leading reviews of organisational structures and operating models, ideally in complex or matrixed organisations, ensuring the business is set up for future success.
Translating Strategy into Action: You've contributed to shaping business strategy and know how to convert big-picture thinking into clear, deliverable people plans that drive performance.
Commercial Awareness: You understand business drivers and can demonstrate how your HR interventions have supported business growth, cost management, or performance improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You use data and insights (such as workforce analytics, engagement surveys, or KPIs) to guide your decision-making and track the success of HR initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: You're a confident communicator and influencer, able to build strong relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders, managers, and colleagues at all levels.
Agility & Prioritisation: You thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to manage multiple projects, and stay focused when priorities shift.
Professional Background: You are likely degree-qualified (or equivalent through experience) and have continued your professional development. CIPD membership (or equivalent) is preferred, ideally at Chartered level or working towards it.
