Overview
Nexus IT (Hiring on behalf of a leading IT client) are hiring a Graduate Data Analyst for a forward-thinking technology consulting company. Location: Dublin, Ireland. Stipend: €2000 - €2500.

Role title: Graduate Data Analyst. We are a specialized recruitment agency connecting top talent with leading IT firms across the UK.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate datasets

Assist in building reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel

Write basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data

Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends

Summarize insights in clear reports and visual presentations

Document data sources, processes, and methodologies

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field

Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data analysis

Basic knowledge of SQL or a strong interest in learning it

Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Good communication skills, especially in presenting data insights

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment
