This structured programme consists of three 8-month rotations across data operations, investment controlling and liquidity management.As a participant in this programme, you will receive mentorship, training, and exposure to various aspects of private markets, setting you on a path for a successful career in finance.**Rotation 1: Data Operations (Months 1-8)**Responsibilities:* Analysis of financial reports received from underlying private equity fund managers;* Preparation of data for quarterly investors ‘reporting and presentations;* Maintaining and populating private equity related databases using excel tools;* Managing and processing of internal and external queries;* Work closely with the Company Database Team in Pfäffikon, Switzerland to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data is maintained. **Rotation 2: Investment Controller (Months 9-16)**Responsibilities:* Collaborate with global teams to coordinate investment controlling activities;* Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers;* Monitor and analyze investment activities related to various private equity programs;* Reconcile monthly valuations prepared by the administrator;* Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for private equity programs;* Analyze the performance of private equity funds and measure their financial impact;* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of investment transactions on private equity programs;.**Rotation 3: Liquidity Analyst (Months 17-24)**Responsibilities:* Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational and investment needs.* Manage available liquidity sources effectively.* Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate treasury information.* Play a key role in the development of a bespoke treasury management application.* Assist in preparing board and management presentations as well as regular treasury reports.* Contribute to the management and optimization of global banking relationships.* Establish efficient policies to control treasury and liquidity activities.* Manage projects and multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.**Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (completed within the last 24 months).* Strong academic performance (minimum 2.1) with a genuine interest in finance and investments.* Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.* Developed IT skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel;* Effective communication and presentation skills.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.* Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take initiative.**Benefits:*** Highly competitive salary and bonus;* 22 days annual leave;* Home Office: After the successful probation period you will meet your colleagues three days in the office and have the option to work two days a week in the home office;* Study Support: Further education support is available to help graduates work towards further qualifications;* On-site gym & subsidised lunch service* Become part of a leading alternative investment specialist while learning the intricacies of the private markets business;* Office Swap Opportunities: Have the opportunity to work along side colleagues in our headquarters in Pfäffikon, Switzerland;* We are proud to be owned by the Princely family of Liechtenstein and our successful company is greatly inspired by their entrepreneurial attitude.**Contact Information**If you are interested in becoming an integral part of a successful alternative investment management team in an international, multicultural working environment we will be pleased to get to know you soon.
