The Team The Competition team advises on cutting-edge competition and regulatory matters, helping clients navigate an evolving EU and Irish legal landscape shaped by regulations, directives, and case law. The team works with both public and private sector clients, delivering practical and commercially minded legal advice. The Role As an Associate, you will work across the full spectrum of competition law, including: Advising onanti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance, and unfair competition matters Supporting clients onState aid compliance and related litigation Assisting withmerger notifications to the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and the European Commission Supportinglitigation and regulatory work before Irish and EU courts Assisting in defending clients incompetition law investigations and prosecutions This is a hands-on role offering exposure to some of the most high-profile and complex competition law matters in Ireland. You will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team recognised for successfully defending competition law enforcement cases. About You Qualified to practice law in Ireland with24 years PQE Strong academic record with genuine interest incompetition law, EU law, and regulatory matters Excellentlegal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills Commercially minded, proactive, and able to manage client relationships Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage Apply with your CV for a confidential chat on the role.
