This is a hands-on role, working both on the floor and behind the bar to ensure the smooth day to day operation of our bar. You will support and report directly to the Bar Manager, helping to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the high standards our guests expect. About the role: Assist with the management of the Mint Bar operation to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique. Ensure compliance with all regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements. Be passionate about world class hospitality service in a 5* environment Management of a large team of floor staff, bartenders and mixologists Ideal candidate will possess: The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage or Bar Management role in a high-quality environment.
