With five bars and three kitchens on-site, Sandyford House is a vibrant and dynamic venue, home to three distinct spaces Pascals, Panacea, and Boss Crokers Bar, all under one roof. About the Role Were looking for anexperienced Assistant Bar Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and help lead our busy establishment to continued success. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Assistant Bar Manager role Proven ability to manage high-volume customer service in a busy pub or bar Strong knowledge of licensing laws and HACCP procedures Experience in training, mentoring, and developing staff A creative and proactive approach to driving the business forward What We Offer Flexible roster with last orders at 11:30pm midweek and 12:30am on weekends Competitive hourly rate plus a share of gratuities Supportive team environment in a well-established, award-winning venue Additional Requirements Applicants must have: Full working rights in Ireland (40 hours per week) Minimum 3 years experience working in a busy bar or pub environment If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, wed love to hear from you Benefits: Parking
