Job Description:

Our client is seeking dedicated full-time Hospital Support Services Staff to join their growing healthcare team. Ideal applicants will have experience in domestic cleaning, catering, hospitality, or similar support roles. You will help maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food service, and patient support within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work effectively within a structured team and manage tasks independently
- Rotate between housekeeping and catering departments as needed
- Assist with food preparation following dietary guidelines
- Support safe and timely meal distribution to patients
- Comply with HACCP standards and hospital protocols
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in designated areas
- Interact with patients, families, and colleagues with professionalism and compassion

Requirements:

- Valid Manual Handling and HACCP Certificates (training can be provided)
- Willingness to complete Garda Vetting and Child First Training
- Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work across departments and varied shifts

Hours:

- Full-time, 5 days per week (weekends included)
- Day shifts with potential for night shifts
- Hours vary based on roster and department needs

Pay rate:

- From €16.39 p/h
- Night allowance
- Saturday allowance
- Sunday and BH at double time
