Overview We're Hiring | Commercial Property Analyst - Cork
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive commercial property analyst to join our dynamic team in Cork. You will be responsible for assisting in the asset management and leasing of a diverse retail and F&B portfolio in line with the company objectives and standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast paced environment within a highly established, growing and regarded property group.
Key Responsibilities Support and report to the group Head of Property in the day to day asset management and leasing of the shopping centre portfolio;
Liaise with relevant parties to include letting agents, tenants, lawyers and relevant stakeholders;
Assist and support in lease administration, budgeting and tenant documentation;
Inputting and updating tenancy schedules and relevant lease documentation ensuring that these are kept up to date;
Preparing internal reports and updates to the companies senior management team.
Key Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial property role;
Experience within the retail sector and letting process;
Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills;
Ability to build long term and productive relationships with relevant stakeholders;
Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail;
High level of IT literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems;
Clean full driving license;
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
