About Your New Job Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist As the new Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and securing top talent for the organisations Irish operations. In this role, you will: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles within manufacturing and early-career programmes. Partner directly with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and secure the best talent on the market. Conduct phone screens, manage candidate flow, and ensure an excellent end-to-end candidate experience. Collaborate with managers to create offer proposals and support wider talent acquisition projects and initiatives. What Skills You Need To apply, you will need: A Level 8 Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Minimum 1 year recruiting experience, ideally supporting high-volume or technical/engineering/science roles. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruit experience is a plus). Strong relationship-building skills, a team mindset, and the ability to work independently when needed.
