Supermac's, Ireland's leading fast food chain, is seeking full-time Restaurant Staff who are already in Ireland (Dublin) and willing to relocate to other counties.

**These positions are NOT based in Dublin.**

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in the food industry, preferably in waitressing, serving, or the deli area.
- Availability to work any shift from Monday to Sunday (this is not a part-time or weekend-only position).
- EU passport or a valid work permit allowing full-time employment (Stamp 2 does not apply).
- Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant.
- Ability to deliver great customer service on every shift.
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- High standards and attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Available to start in April.
- If you are already in Ireland, you must be willing to relocate to one of our available locations.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Catering Assistant plays a key role in ensuring top-quality service and cleanliness at Supermac's, Papa John's, SuperSubs, Mac's Deli, Bewley's Barista, and Spar. This role involves interacting with customers, staff, and management in a friendly, efficient manner while adhering to company standards and training guidelines. The primary goal is to provide a welcoming experience, meet customer needs, and maintain a clean environment. Flexibility in cooking, serving, and cleaning ensures that every customer enjoys an exceptional visit.

THE JOB:

- Delivering exceptional customer service: Treat customers with warmth and friendliness every time they visit.
- Maintaining high standards: Work in all areas of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Teamwork and respect: Collaborate with staff and management, showing respect in all areas of the business.
- Food preparation and safety: Follow company guidelines and training for food preparation, production, and storage.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional image both on and off the premises, upholding the company's standards at all times.
- Drive business growth: Work with the management team to increase customer traffic and revenue in the restaurant.
- Cash handling: Follow correct procedures for cash handling as directed by management.
- Personal appearance: Ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines.
- Flexibility: Be ready to work in various areas as requested by the manager, ensuring smooth operations across the site.
- Customer-first mindset: Always prioritize customer satisfaction, whether it's early in the morning or late at night.
- Problem-solving: Handle customer complaints and incidents effectively, escalating issues to the Supervisor/Manager as needed.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the lobby area and customer restrooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a fast-paced, "non-stop" environment, and can be physically demanding depending on the volume of business and staff levels. Teamwork is essential to ensure all procedures run smoothly, and clear communication is key for success.

The ideal candidates will possess an outgoing personality, enjoy interacting with the public, and be fully available to work both weekdays and weekends.
