Job Description: We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1 Grade) for the ICU at our established hospital in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and expanding healthcare facility.
Requirements:
Registered on the general division of the NMBI register
At least 5 years post-registration experience, with a minimum of two years in Intensive Care Nursing
Recognized post-registration nursing qualification, such as a Higher Diploma or Postgraduate Course in Intensive Care Nursing
Proven clinical and professional ability
Management experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Leadership and management skills
Proficient IT skills
Focus on quality, risk management, and clinical audits
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Approachable personality
