The Role; Reporting to the F&B Manager, you must ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with departmental and hotel standards to provide 100% quality service to guests at all times. All duties must be carried out in accordance with statutory health & safety requirements. We are passionate about our Hotel and we are looking for someone who will strive for customer excellence. Primary duties and responsibilities Work in conjunction with the Cafe and Kitchen team, to ensure the consistent smooth running of Food and Beverage service. Maintain a positive, friendly attitude to hotel guests at all times. To ensure the bar and restaurant departments run smoothly while on duty.
