Night Manager The 5 star College Green Hotel Dublin, part of the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott International and the MHL Hotel Collection, now has an exciting opportunity for a Night Manager to join our leadership team. About the Role As Night Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel throughout the night. You will ensure that the highest standards of guest service, safety, and compliance are maintained across all departments, supporting our commitment to excellence and five star hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring service excellence and adherence to brand standards. Conduct regular inspections of public areas, back-of-house, and guest spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met. Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. Respond promptly to guest needs, ensuring appropriate action and follow-up. Supervise and support the night team, promoting a professional and guest-focused environment. Ensure the accuracy of nightly reports and audit processes. About You The ideal candidate will be an experienced and confident hospitality professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering five-star service at all hours. You will have: Minimum 2 years experience in a Front Office or Duty Management role, preferably within a luxury or 5starhotel environment. Proven night management experience and the ability to manage hotel operations independently. A proactive, hands on leadership style and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards. Strong problem solving and decision making abilities under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English. Experience with Opera PMS (or similar property management systems). Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
