Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Location: Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid Job Type: Full Time | Permanent Salary: € The Opportunity We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Solution Architecture Leadership Team. This team leads program intake, solution design, enterprise alignment, and delivery enablement. The role requires strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. The Role Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide engineers, driving best practices and innovative solutions. Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into scalable, robust technical architectures. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, business analysts, and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery. Continuous Improvement: Recommend new tools, optimise platforms, and drive innovation. Emerging Technologies: Explore and evaluate new technologies for potential integration. Discovery Enablement: Lead exploration of new methods and technologies to enhance outcomes. Essential Skills Strong experience with .NET and/or AWS. Knowledge of associated technologies such as Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices. Familiarity with integration techniques, including solutions involving third-party applications. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. Background in databases (SQL/NoSQL). Proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex projects. What You Offer Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline. 5+ years in development, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. 5+ years of hands-on .NET and AWS development. Proficiency in C# or related programming languages. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in .NET, AWS, or related technologies. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
