The Role: We are seeking a Parts Assistant to join our busy after-sales team and support a growing workload. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day parts operations. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries in person, over the phone, and by email. Identify, price, and order parts as required. Process incoming stock and maintain accurate records. Assist with Vehicle Health Check (VHC) pricing. Carry out stock analysis and regular stock checks. Liaise with service and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements 13 years experience in a franchised after-sales/parts department. Strong customer service and communication skills. Computer-literate, organised, and detail-oriented. Experience with a VW Group partner (advantage, but not essential). Ability to reliably commute to Lucan, Co. Dublin. Drivers licence Benefits Full-time, permanent position. MondayFriday schedule.
