Full time, maternity cover (15 month fixed-term contract)

Reporting to the Production Manager

Serosep Ltd. is currently recruiting a Production Planner to join our Production team. This is a full-time, onsite role based at our facilities in Annacotty. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company's manufactured products.

Main Duties:

- Plan, schedule and coordinate production of the company's manufactured products
- Liaise with production supervisors to ensure schedule is suitable
- Evaluate raw materials stock to ensure everything is in place for production
- Pass on lead times and scheduled collection dates for orders to the sales/customer service team
- Report on the status of scheduled production
- Handle production disruptions and productivity problems
- Use market forecasts to anticipate necessary production changes
- Co-ordinate cycle counts and reconciling counts when necessary
- BSc in Supply Chain, Production Planning or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role.
- At least 2 years' experience using and ERP/MRP system
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent team player and multi-tasker.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- SAP experience
