Job Overview

The position of High Salary Production Planner Specialist is responsible for coordinating production schedules, liaising with supervisors, and ensuring raw materials are in stock for production readiness. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with the sales/customer service team and report on production status.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule production of manufactured products to meet market demands.
  • Evaluate production readiness by assessing raw materials stock levels.
  • Liaise with production supervisors to ensure suitable production schedules.
  • Communicate lead times and collection dates to the sales/customer service team.
  • Report on production status and handle any disruptions that may occur.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably using ERP/MRP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

  • SAP experience would be an advantage.
