Taking a people-centred approach to business transformation, we use insights to connect brand, content, commerce and experience, underpinned by modern creativity. .**The role**As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving revenue, and coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional media strategies from planning to execution.**Client Planning:**· Translate client briefs into detailed internal briefs, ensuring clear direction for internal specialists (PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, etc.).· Oversee the development of accurate and cohesive composite media plans, coordinating with specialist teams and ensuring alignment with client objectives.· Manage changes to strategies and media plans, ensuring effective communication between clients and specialists.**Client Management:**· Act as the primary point of contact for select clients, addressing their needs, assessing scope, and determining effective solutions.· Handle client queries across all media disciplines, involving specialists only when necessary.· Deliver post-campaign analyses (PCAs), weekly performance reporting, and competitive reviews, translating results into actionable insights.· Oversee campaign go-lives, including creative availability checks and communication with clients.**Team Leadership:**· Support and upskill Account Executives within your team, fostering their professional development.**Operational Finance:**· Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, reconciling media plans with MX codes and purchase orders (POs).**What We’re Looking For**· Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Social, Display, etc.).· Proven experience managing e-commerce clients and delivering results.· Prior experience in a media or performance marketing agency.· Exceptional client management and communication skills.· Ability to interpret data and performance results into actionable recommendations.**What we offer**This is a permanent role.
