Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Sales Operations Manager to manage our online store, B2B sales, and stock levels across all Kuma Bikes locations.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on Shopify experience (minimum 1 year) and be comfortable working across multiple departments to ensure smooth e‑commerce operations, efficient stock control, and strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management

Oversee daily operations of the Kuma Bikes Shopify store.

Manage product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions.

Analyse sales data and suggest improvements to boost online performance.

Work closely with the marketing team on digital campaigns and offers.

B2B Sales

Maintain and grow relationships with retail and corporate partners.

Operate our new B2B Portal

Handle B2B quotations, order processing, and account management.

Identify and develop new wholesale opportunities.

Inventory & Operations

Monitor and manage stock across all four locations (Dublin, Cork, and warehouses).

Forecast demand and coordinate supplier orders.

Support the assembly team and fulfil our online and offline orders.

Prepare regular reports on sales and inventory performance.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience managing a live Shopify store.

1‑2 years’ experience in e‑commerce, sales operations, or retail management.

Strong organisational and analytical skills.

Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with inventory systems a plus.

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Interest in cycling, tech, or sustainable transport is a bonus.

Drivers License a must
