As Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3), the successful candidate will report to the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and will have overall responsibility for ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality care through expert oversight of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and Medical Emergency Responses including leading, delivering and implementing a SafeWards model across the Hospital.
Working collaboratively as part of a large MDT including nursing, quality risk & compliance, facilities management and people & culture, this role will ensure delivery of evidence-based practice by supporting continuous staff development and fostering a culture of safety excellence across clinical settings.
This is a permanent fulltime role working Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
- Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), with live NMBI registration.
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role working with a team.
- Postgraduate qualification in Infection Prevention & Control, Nursing Management, Safe Wards or related field, desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in infection prevention and control.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Proven experience of designing and delivering staff training.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
